MHY2 pneumatic 180° opening angle angle gripper.
The pneumatic angle gripper - also known as a radial gripper - can move its fingers - opening and closing - in a radial direction around a central pivot point. Its most common use is in places where space is limited. These angle grippers are suitable for manipulating large or even oddly shaped parts.
The most common use of 180° opening angle radial grippers is for working with free-moving parts. When the jaw is open, the gripper can prevent lateral movement of the workpiece as it moves linearly, allowing the part to be handled.
In most cases, manufacturers market their grippers with different type designations. NECH MHY2 180° angular grippers can be used - among others - as a replacement for radial grippers with the following type designation:
